Morningday Community Solutions of Pompano Beach and West Palm Beach gives charities access to building and household materials. They do so at deep discounts or free of charge. Founded in 2010, the organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps other nonprofits. These may include: churches and schools in an effort to keep their operating costs low. Plus, they simultaneously give a second life to goods that would otherwise be disposed of at the landfill.
This day we were receiving truck loads of items from retail partners. The goal, to sort and get everything on the shelves. They run a strategic operation and I was able to even meet leaders of other local charities that were there shopping.
